Liberty Next is well versed in the challenges that go hand-in-hand with wealth succession.
Our experience has shown that transferring wealth from one generation to the next can be a rewarding undertaking if it is well thought through and strategically undertaken. Liberty Next is our initiative that promotes discussion about money and family finances between the generations.

We help our clients through the process using a series of family workshops and consultations. By including your children in the process they become aware how wealth can be distributed and retained down the generations.

Analysis & research

If you decide you wish to continue with the advice process, we will conduct a comprehensive review of your existing arrangements in line with your stated objectives. This may mean contacting existing product providers to establish the exact type of plan you have, its benefits, costs and objectives.

Recommendation & implementation

After completing thorough research, we will meet again to discuss our recommendations to support your current and future objectives.

Frank and Jane Wolski
“My wife and I have been taking financial advice from Liberty Wealth Management for a number of years and we are pleased to say our portfolio has been a profitable success. Over the years Lee has added younger members to his team that have been able to relate to people that are our sons age. This has given us the opportunity to introduce nephews, nieces, and friends to Liberty Wealth Management so they can also benefit from their financial advice. Sooner or later they will all receive a large inheritance so by receiving advice now regarding investments, wills and inheritance tax they will be better prepared for the future. Dealing with Lee and his team has always been a pleasure and we fully recommend his team’s advice to whoever needs financial reassurance.”

Transferring wealth

Depending on your financial situation it maybe that you want to pass money over to your Children or grandchildren in your lifetime to help with School fees, getting them onto the property ladder or just helping with a significant purchase such as a car or family holiday.

Growing wealth

Investing your hard-earned wealth involves an important discussion and consultation process with one of our qualified advisers. We will assess your finances, agree your short, medium and long term goals and then invest accordingly.

The value of an investment with St. James's Place will be directly linked to the performance of the funds you select and the value can therefore go down as well as up. You may get back less than you invested.

Other services

We either have the expertise or access to specialists who can advise you on a wide range of other wealth management services, ranging from writing wills and tax advice and legal services to advice on portfolio management services, specialist insurance and corporate lending.

Preserving wealth

Every client’s situation will be unique, however, there are a number of areas we will need to look at to protect your hard earned assets such as a well written Will, understanding any Tax liabilities such as Inheritance Tax.

Will writing involves the referral to a service that is separate and distinct to those offered by St. James's Place. Wills are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
